We all like a little something special and special, we mean chocolate.\u00a0 To me, there is nothing more decadent than a molten chocolate cake.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 6\u00a0<\/strong><br \/><strong>Prep time: 15 minutes\u00a0<\/strong><br \/><strong>Cook time: 10 minutes\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Ingredients\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 Dark Chocolate\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>180g Unsalted Butter\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>4 Whole Eggs\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>4 Eggs Yolks\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>250g Castor Sugar<\/li>\n<li>90g Plain Flour\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp Vanilla\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>2 Punnets Strawberries\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>3 tbs Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>300ml Thickened Cream, whipped\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Method<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pre-heat BBQ to hot.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Line a muffin tray with paper cups.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Place the dark chocolate and butter in a bowl over a bain-marie and melt, once melted remove the heat and mix well, set aside to cool a little.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl add the whole eggs, eggs yolks and castor sugar. Whisk until thick &amp; pale.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Add the cooled chocolate to the egg mix, along with the vanilla and mix gently.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Fold the flour in and then pour into muffin cups, filling each 3\/4 full. Allow to rest for at least an hour.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Just before cooking, place 4 white choc buttons into the centre of the pudding.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Wash and core the strawberries, and then place in a roasting tray and drizzle with the caramelised balsamic, set aside.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>To cook the puddings, place the puddings in the centre of the BBQ resting rack turn off the centre burner, turn the side burners to low, close the hood &amp; cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the sides are cooked but the centre is still soft &amp; runny.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>To cook strawberries, place the tray onto the BBQ grill and warm for 2 minutes.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>To serve, place pudding in the centre of the serving plate garnish with cream and warm strawberries .\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\ufeffBe sure that the chocolate mix is not too hot, it might cook the eggs!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It\u2019s no secret that everyone&#8217;s favourite part of every meal is dessert.
