Agriesti<\/em>, 384 So.3d 212 (Fla. 4<sup>th<\/sup> DCA 2024).\u00a0 Appeal seeking review of attorney\u2019s fees dismissed when entitlement to fees had been awarded, but not amount.\u00a0 Equitable distribution and alimony issues affirmed.\u00a0 <em>Judge George Odom Jr. affirmed in part, dismissed in part.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Attorney\u2019s Fees:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Levy v. Levy<\/em>, 49 Fla.L.Weekly D269 (Fla. 3<sup>rd<\/sup> DCA 2024).\u00a0 The trial court erred reallocating $48,000 in Guardian Ad Litem fees to Mother because she caused many of the GAL\u2019s fees and received economic assistance from her boyfriend and brother.\u00a0 Court failed to make findings about any GAL fees caused by the Mother\u2019s behavior, and the Court did not make appropriate findings for imputation of financial assistance.\u00a0 <em>Judge Ivonne Cuesta reversed.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Evidence:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Vindel v. Stewart<\/em>, 49 Fla.L.Weekly D326 (Fla. 3<sup>rd<\/sup> DCA 2024).\u00a0 Trial court erred relying on records from a bank in a foreign country that were not properly authenticated.\u00a0 The bank statements came from an international representative, as opposed to the records custodian, and the \u201crecords custodian\u201d affidavit failed to meet the requirements of F.S. 90.902(11).\u00a0 Other collateral issues reversed as a result.\u00a0 <em>Judge Maria Elena Verde reversed.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Procedure:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>In Re: Amendments to Florida Family Rule of Procedure \u2013 Forms 12.900(h) and 12.928<\/em>, 49 Fla.L.Weekly S8 (Fla. 2024).\u00a0 Adds \u201csupport for adult children\u201d as an option for civil cover sheet and notice of related cases.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Temporary Relief:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Adams v. Cunningham<\/em>, 49 Fla.L.Weekly D237 (Fla. 4<sup>th<\/sup> DCA 2024).\u00a0 Temporary support award that exceeded Husband\u2019s income reversed. A husband should not be required to invade his modest assets to pay support.\u00a0 <em>Judge Cynthia L.
