Made using TWO different types of cheese, this flavour packed cheese sauce is the perfect addition to your favourite pasta bake or lasagna recipe and is a delicious accompaniment to steamed vegetables.<\/p>\n

It really couldn\u2019t be easier to make cheese sauce in a Thermomix, all you need to do is grate the cheese, add the remaining ingredients and cook until the sauce is thick and creamy.<\/p>\n

This Cheese Sauce recipe is also versatile, if you don\u2019t want to add parmesan cheese you can simply use just tasty\/cheddar cheese. It can also be made up to two days in advance and stored in the fridge until needed.<\/p>\n

To make this Thermomix Cheese Sauce recipe, you will need: tasty (or cheddar) cheese, parmesan cheese, milk (either full cream or skim can be used), butter, plain flour, nutmeg and a pinch of salt and pepper. <\/p>\n

We do recommend using white pepper versus black pepper to ensure you don\u2019t have any black flecks in your cheese sauce.<\/p>\n
