MILWAUKEE DIAPER MISSION IS BACK AT LAKEFRONT BREWERY, LOOKING TO PILE THE DIAPERS EVEN HIGHER. Lakefront and Milwaukee Diaper Mission team up for their 3rd annual diaper drive, after 2 successful events in 2023 and 2024.

Lakefront Brweery Diaper Drive 2025

Lakefront Brewery’s 2024 diaper drive was the 2nd biggest donation intake event for Milwaukee Diaper Mission bringing in 9,300 diapers and over 19,000 wipes. Lakefront is eyeing that top spot and is asking the community to help get diapers into the hands of the people who need them most.

“Milwaukee Diaper Mission has been such a local hero to the Milwaukee community”, says Liz Mauritz, Lakefront’s Ripple Effect donation program coordinator, “they continue to grow and expand their reach, so we’re excited to support their continued success. Learning how many caretakers struggle with such a basic need as diapers is heartbreaking. Our diaper drives give us that avenue to activate our space and make a difference. As a family-friendly establishment, we see this as an opportunity to give back.”

On Sunday, February 16th, bring in as many unopened, fully packaged, disposable diapers as you want to Lakefront Brewery from 11AM to 4PM and receive Lakefront cash in return. For every diaper you donate, you will receive $.25 (25 cents) in Lakefront Brewery gift cards to spend in their Beer Hall that day or any day in the future. Lakefront will also be accepting fully packaged baby wipes and training pants, giving out $.25 for each pair of training pants and for every 10 wipes. Milwaukee Diaper Mission will accept all applicable items they can help distribute but please be aware that diapers, training pants, and wipes will be the only items accepted for Lakefront Brewery gift cards.

Milwaukee Diaper Mission does note that they’re most in need of 2, 3, 5, and 6-size diapers. If you can’t make it down to Lakefront but still want to show your support? Visit Milwaukee Diaper Mission’s website here: https://www.milwaukeediapermission.org/

Milwaukee Diaper Mission is a basic needs bank. They partner with local social service agencies to provide a reliable source of essentials, including diapers, something that shouldn’t be considered a luxury, but a need. One in two families in the U.S. lack the funds to keep up with their diaper needs. Milwaukee Diaper Mission utilizes a distribution model that is efficient and cost-effective, ensuring that diapers get in the hands of those who need them most.

Diaper Drive Donations

Lakefront Brewery, Inc. distributes its products to over 30 states, Ukraine, Canada, Sweden, and Denmark. Lakefront Brewery is the first brewery in Wisconsin and 22nd brewery in the world to be certified as a B Corporation. Lakefront Brewery also produced the first beer in the United States made from 100% in-state-grown ingredients, including a first-of-its-kind, indigenous Wisconsin yeast strain (Wisconsinite Summer Weiss), the first certified organic brewery and the first gluten-free beer granted approval by the U.S. Government (New Grist). We are creating a map of all of the breweries across the United States. State by state we are adding maps of all of the different states with every brewery in each state. (We will eventually get to the US Territories, as well as the Canadian Provinces, and possibly more countries; as well as doing some fun maps like a map of all the breweries we’ve been to, and other fun maps.) You can find the brewery maps here:

We are also working on a project of creating printable and downloadable PDFs and resources to be able to check and keep track of all of the breweries you’ve been to.
