Stir together to combine and set aside.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Step 3.<\/strong> In a small bowl, toss together red onion,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> jalape\u00f1os, and seasoning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Step 4. <\/strong>Roll out pizza dough on a clean work surface. Brush olive oil on one side of the dough. Lay the oiled side down on the grill and brush the top of the dough with olive oil. Cover grill and cook 2 to 3 minutes, enough for the dough to set but not be too crispy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Step 5. <\/strong>Flip dough over and top with remaining BBQ sauce. Then top with BBQ pulled pork, seasoned onion and jalapenos, and finally, the cheeses. Be sure to work quickly so all the heat doesn\u2019t escape the grill. If you need to take your time, remove the pizza dough to top it before placing it back on the grill.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Step 6. <\/strong>Cover grill and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and crust is crispy around the edges.
