From October 2025, Icelandair will commence a brand-new direct service to Miami, Florida, using its latest aircraft, the Airbus A321LR.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Icelandair<\/a> announced on January 30, 2025, that the popular sunshine city of Miami would become its second destination in Florida after Orlando, with three flights a week scheduled to fly.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Starting on October 25, 2025, and running until March 2026, Icelandair passengers will be able to fly to Miami International Airport (MIA) every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from Keflavik International Airport (KEF) in Reykjavik.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Icelandair\u2019s new service will make MIA the only airport in Florida with nonstop flights to all five Scandinavian countries and Reykjavik will become its 21st<\/sup> European destination.\u00a0<\/p>\n

On December 3, 2024, Icelandair took delivery of its first Airbus aircraft after decades of operating primarily Boeing aircraft.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
