Since we\u2019re based in New York City, we started working from home last week. All of our teams, from support to data science, are 100% online, and we expect no impact to our business or the services you expect from us.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, we\u2019re doing a few more things during this time:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sharing insights.<\/strong> We\u2019ve heard from many developers who are concerned about the impact of this situation on app stores. We\u2019re actively monitoring trends around the world, and will be sharing insights actively on our <a href=\"https:\/\/appfigures.com\/resources\/covid-19\">Resources hub<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Extending support hours.<\/strong> We\u2019ll be on live chat and email as much as possible, even beyond our standard working hours. If you need anything, don\u2019t hesitate to get in touch.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Keeping all of our data models in check.<\/strong> Many of you rely on our intelligence data to understand how this is impacting your business.
