This follows a reinstatement of the CTA filing deadline on December 23<sup>rd<\/sup>. So, as of December 26<sup>th<\/sup>, the filing requirement is on hold.<\/p>\n<p>The following alert was issued by FinCEN via their website:<\/p>\n<p><em>In light of a recent federal court order,\u00a0reporting companies are not currently required to file beneficial ownership information with FinCEN and are not subject to liability if they fail to do so while the order remains in force. However, reporting companies may continue to voluntarily submit beneficial ownership information reports.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>As you probably already know, this could change yet again. \u00a0The Fifth Circuit will hear oral arguments on March 25, 2025.
