It\u2019s a wonderful place to be, especially when you realise that <strong>everything at Flore is done sustainably<\/strong> \u2013 from cooking to sourcing ingredients.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Chef <strong>Bas van Kranen<\/strong>, renowned for his innovative culinary style, will take months to develop a new direction for <strong>Flore<\/strong>. Therefore, the restaurant will close its doors from <strong>1 January to 2 April<\/strong>. Both the menu and the interior will undergo significant transformations. \u201cWe are greatly looking forward to this unique transformation. In an intimate setting (there is room for just <strong>25 guests<\/strong>), you\u2019ll dine in <strong>Flore<\/strong>\u2019s signature style and gain a unique behind-the-scenes glimpse of the kitchen.
