Mr. Rhodes is the owner of wealth management firm The Planning Perspective <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-style: normal;font-weight: normal;line-height: 100%;margin-bottom: 0in\">\n<span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit\">(<span style=\"color: white\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.theplanningperspective.com\/\">www.theplanningperspective.com<\/a><\/span>).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-style: normal;font-weight: normal;line-height: 100%;margin-bottom: 0in\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-style: normal;font-weight: normal;line-height: 100%;margin-bottom: 0in\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit\">&#8220;Performance anxiety is not just a condition which affects some middle aged men.&#8221; he joked. &#8220;Businesses are also confronted with it, and some resort to very clever tactics to meet their growth expectations.&#8221; he furthered. &#8220;Or at least to make it <i>appear<\/i> as if they have.&#8221; he added.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-style: normal;font-weight: normal;line-height: 100%;margin-bottom: 0in\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit\">What&#8217;s the best way to identify such companies? And are some of them already held within your 401(k) or other retirement plan?
