Both their gas and electric grills have infrared heating that runs width-wise across the grill, rather than front to back.<\/p>\n<p>On <a href=\"https:\/\/crossraybbq.com\/product\/extreme-portable-electric-bbq\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">their electric grill, the eXtreme<\/a>, they use dual 1100W carbon-fiber elements to provide infrared cooking. The tabletop model in particular is created with people in mind that live in smaller spaces, or apartments where fires aren\u2019t allowed.<\/p>\n<p>The grill retails for $899 and has 430 square inches of cooking area. To add to the cooking space, the lid on the grill was designed to be tall to fit in larger items.<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s a digital display to dial-in your desired temp and meat probe is included to know when your meat is done.
