For even more practicality, every apartment comes cable and Wi-Fi ready, and has an in-unit washer and dryer setup.<\/p>\n
In addition to the amenities of the units themselves, The Quill also features many wonderful community amenities for residents to enjoy. There is a fitness center to promote health and wellness, a clubhouse for social engagement and lounging, and a rooftop deck complete with tables and seating. To accommodate events and large gatherings, The Quill also features a large community room.<\/p>\n
No matter how residents want or need to travel, The Quill has the right accommodations. It serves as a DARTS bus pickup\/dropoff location, allowing for easy transportation for just a few dollars per ride. For those who prefer to drive themselves, there is a large primary parking lot, a secondary lot, and heated underground parking. Residents won\u2019t have to go very far to find what they need, however, as there are countless restaurants, coffee shops, banks, barbers, and more within a few short miles. Even the gorgeous Vermillion Falls Park \u2013 perfect for picnics, exploring, and enjoying nature \u2013 is just a mile away.<\/p>\n
