I analysed the S&P 500\u2019s monthly performance over the last 10 completed years\u2014and one month clearly stood out.<\/p>\n

September was the weakest month on average, producing not only negative returns overall but also significantly larger losses during its bad years. October was positive on average, but it remained highly unpredictable and volatile.<\/p>\n

Does this mean the market will definitely crash this September? No. Historical seasonality is not a guarantee. But with valuations, interest rates, geopolitical risks and AI-stock volatility still creating uncertainty, investors should not ignore the warning signs.<\/p>\n
