As part of our ongoing efforts to align with evolving regulatory requirements, we are making changes to the scope of services available on Bake.<\/p>\n

Due to the need to adapt operations to the requirements of the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA)<\/strong> in the European Union, a decision has been made to suspend crypto-asset trading services on the platform.<\/p>\n

This decision has been taken at the group level and reflects the regulatory transition currently underway.<\/p>\n

What is changing<\/h2>\n

Although services related to crypto-asset trading were authorized to continue until June 30, 2026, a business decision has been made to suspend these services earlier to provide customers with clarity and the ability to manage their funds accordingly.<\/p>\n

Suspension date<\/h3>\n

Crypto-asset trading services will be suspended effective April 15, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This suspension will remain in place for an indefinite period, until a MiCA license has been obtained in Poland.<\/p>\n

What you can do before April 15, 2026<\/h2>\n

Until April 14, 2026 (inclusive)<\/strong>, you can:<\/p>\n

  • Withdraw your funds at any time<\/li>\n
  • Manage your balances according to your preferences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Withdrawals will continue to be processed in line with the applicable rules and standard fees.<\/p>\n

    What happens from April 15, 2026<\/h2>\n

    From April 15, 2026<\/strong>, the following changes will apply:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • All crypto-asset balances (including smart bundles) will be converted into US dollars (USD)<\/strong> at the exchange rate effective on that date<\/li>\n
    • Crypto-asset deposit services will be discontinued<\/li>\n
    • The platform will only support withdrawals of remaining balances<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Converted USD balances will remain in your account and can be withdrawn at any time.<\/p>\n

      Safekeeping of funds<\/h2>\n

      To ensure continued safekeeping and orderly withdrawals, a trust company and\/or asset management provider<\/strong> will be appointed to hold client funds and facilitate withdrawals.<\/p>\n

      This provider may apply processing and account maintenance fees in accordance with its own pricing structure.<\/p>\n

      Terms of Service update<\/h2>\n

      In connection with these changes, the Terms of Service will be updated and will take effect on April 15, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      If you do not accept these changes<\/h2>\n

      If you do not agree with the updated service scope, you may withdraw all funds from your account and request account closure once your balance has been fully withdrawn.<\/p>\n\n
