Out of the bottle into the glass this is a very unusual colored Rose, more like a Tavel \u2026 Almost ruby in color. Mild on the nose \u2026 with a strong vibrant strawberry and cherry notes so reminiscent of a red wine. If you are expecting a smooth, Provence style Rose \u2026 ya this isn\u2019t that. Lots of distinctive character to this wine. On the medium length finish the wine displays some lovely citrus and minerality \u2026 super dry! The tangy zest is especially noticeable without food. Really a unique experience.
