I’m always ready to try a new version of a chocolate chip cookie.\u00a0 Since I love bacon and maple syrup, I was looking forward to tasting these particular cookies.<\/span><\/p>\n

They were somewhat disappointing, I have to admit.\u00a0 First, they were overly sweet.\u00a0 Second, the bacon flavor was rather faint.\u00a0 Third, the bacon bits became rubbery in the cookie, so, texturally, that wasn’t appealing.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0While I’m glad I tried them, I won’t be making them again.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
