There comes a point in life when you realize success isn’t just about what you know or who you know.

It’s about whether you’re willing to speak up in the meeting.

Apply for the opportunity.

Start the thing that’s been nagging you in the back of your head for years.

For many people, the biggest obstacle isn’t a lack of talent or experience. It’s confidence. It’s years of learning to play small, waiting for someone else to notice your potential, or hoping the right opportunity will simply appear.

I’ve spent most of my career helping people discover they’re capable of more than they imagined.

I’ve seen it happen in rooms full of women learning to use their voices with confidence.

I’ve seen it happen with older adults rediscovering purpose and possibility after retirement.

I’ve seen it happen with entrepreneurs finding the courage to put themselves and their businesses out into the world.

I’ve seen it happen with professionals who finally realize they don’t have to wait for permission to advocate for themselves.
