We tend to think of bravery as a feeling, as this sudden jolt of courage that appears when we most need it, that is if you\u2019re lucky enough to feel it.<\/p>\n

But what if courage is not really about what we feel in a given moment of crisis or urgency, but instead is merely the embodiment of what we actually do in those moments?<\/p>\n

That\u2019s the reframe my guest Kimberly Davis encourages us to make in this episode of my \u201cLeadership Biz Cafe<\/a>\u201d podcast.<\/p>\n

Kimberly is an author, educator, and TEDx speaker who has been teaching at Southern Methodist University\u2019s Cox School of Business Executive Education.
