My New Discovery: The Rotating Self Model<\/p>\n
This read will take 3 minutes of your time, and it promises to unlock the understanding of your life time in front of your eyes.<\/p>\n What if I told you\u2026<\/p>\n Just as your senses can perceive a world of sounds, sights, scents, and sensations\u2026<\/p>\n Just as your eyes can distinguish thousands of colors and shapes\u2026<\/p>\n Just as your ears can detect a universe of sounds, and your tongue can taste the subtle notes of sweetness, bitterness, salt, and spice\u2026\u00a0<\/p>\n Your Self, too, is capable of responding in many ways,\u00a0each one intelligent, purposeful, and deeply human.<\/p>\n You weren\u2019t made to be fixed and just become one thing.<\/p>\n You were made to become what each living moment needs.<\/p>\n This isn\u2019t chaos.<\/p>\n This isn\u2019t confusion.<\/p>\n THIS IS orchestration.<\/p>\n At the center of this internal universe is what I call Nafsieu, your core self. Not a controller, but a conductor. A quiet intelligence that allows your Compassionate Self to step forward in grief, your Protective Self in danger, your Curious Self in wonder, your Greedy Self in unmet desire, and even your Angry Self when boundaries are crossed.<\/p>\n Regardless of race, color, or religion, why weren\u2019t we taught this growing up?<\/p>\n Why did religion, education, culture, and even our modern psychology oversimplify us into a single personality, or few multiple thereof, static identity?<\/p>\n Maybe because they feared what we\u2019d become if we knew the truth of our design: fluid, adaptive, and complete.<\/p>\n You and I are not fragmented.<\/p>\n You and I are complex by nature and complete by design.<\/p>\n This is the essence of what I call the Rotating Self Model, a model I\u2019ve been developing for more than six years to help myself and others better understand themselves, their reactions, their behaviors, emotions, and their leadership.<\/p>\n Would you believe if I share with you that our physical body hosting the Rotating Self Model within it has a Healing Self, if properly trained and conducted, it can heal most of its cognitive and psychological conditions that the human being experiences!?<\/p>\n While earlier psychologists and thinkers, from Carl Jung with his archetypes, to Freud with his structural model, to contemporary frameworks like Internal Family Systems, have attempted to explore the many parts of the human psyche, none have fully articulated the design, purpose, and orchestration of the inner self in its natural, everyday function.<\/p>\n They spoke of types, roles, shadows, and parts\u2026<\/p>\n They often left unanswered a deeper question:<\/p>\n Who conducts them all? \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n Where is the Self that knows which one to summon, and when?<\/p>\n The Rotating Self Model brings this missing clarity.<\/p>\n It introduces the concept of the Nafsieu \u2014 the core self, not as a fixed identity or ego, but as a wise conductor that permits the appropriate self to rise in each moment. It doesn\u2019t pathologize the existence of multiple selves within; it honors it as human design. A natural intelligence, not a dysfunction.<\/p>\n What makes this model different is not only how it explains the internal variation we experience, but how it gives us language, structure, and tools to actually work with it.<\/p>\n This Self Rotating Model allows you to look within and, with awareness and training, begin to understand your own internal rotations.
