Waterloo Barrel-Aged Gin spends 2 years in first-use medium char American oak barrels to develop rich wood flavors that complement the botanical backbone of our distinctive gin. This dark spirit crossover tastes familiar yet completely new.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\"><em>Waterloo Gin pours together limestone-fed spring water and local botanicals in a bouquet of Hill Country flavors.
