class=\"rk_column_heading\">\n<span>Directions<\/span><br \/>\n<\/h2>\n<ol id=\"recipe-preparation\">\n<li id=\"step-1\">\n<p>Season the diced beef generously with Lane\u2019s BBQ French Onion Rub.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"step-2\">\n<p>Heat a large heavy-based pot over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"step-3\">\n<p>Sear the beef in batches until browned on all sides. Don\u2019t overcrowd the pot, as this will help the beef get a nice crust.
