(UADA photo)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>With new state restrictions, federal proposals and ongoing litigation rapidly reshaping the legal landscape, foreign ownership of U.S. agricultural land remains one of the most closely watched issues in agricultural law, said Harrison Pittman, director of the center.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cForeign ownership of agricultural land continues to garner significant attention across the country with continued activity at both the state and federal level,\u201d Pittman said. \u201cWe\u2019ll cover a lot of these developments, including litigation, at the July webinar.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The webinar, \u201cForeign Ownership of Ag Land: Federal and State Legislative and Litigation Update,\u201d will be held 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. central time on July 15.
