Two of the crypto industry\u2019s most respected projects in Kyber Network (KNC)<\/b> \u2013 an on-chain liquidity protocol \u2013 and Decentraland (MANA)<\/b> \u2013 a virtual reality platform powered by the Ethereum blockchain network \u2013 have today announced an integration that will undoubtedly make participating in the Decentraland ecosystem a lot more feasible to the average user.<\/span><\/p>\n Specifically, Kyber has integrated its decentralized liquidity protocol with Decentraland. This means that, instead of firstly being required to obtain MANA tokens, people can now also<\/i> participate in Decentraland\u2019s LAND auctions by paying with any one of eight different ERC20-compliant tokens<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n According to Monday\u2019s announcement<\/span><\/a>, these eight Ethereum-based tokens are as follows: Binance Coin (BNB)<\/b>, Zilliqa (ZIL)<\/b>, Status Network Token (SNT)<\/b>, Ripio Credit Network (RCN)<\/b>, Kyber Network Crystal (KNC)<\/b>, \u00e6lf (ELF)<\/b>, and the two tokens native to MakerDAO\u2019s <\/b>dual-token model (i.e., MKR<\/b> and DAI<\/b>).<\/span><\/p>\n Worth noting is the fact that Kyber\u2019s smart contracts convert the LAND buyer\u2019s ERC20 token to MANA before <\/i>the Decentraland contracts validate the amount of MANA received\/traded.<\/span><\/p>\n Benefits of the Kyber-Decentraland integration will be realized almost immediately, with the Decentraland team declaring the commencement of its LAND auction<\/b> earlier on Monday.<\/span><\/p>\n Decentraland\u2019s LAND Auction has started!
