But today\u2019s healthcare environment is shaped by financial pressures, administrative demands, market consolidation, new technologies and changing expectations from patients, employers, insurers and policymakers.<\/p>\n<p>The corporatization of medicine can provide important benefits: stability, scale, infrastructure, efficiency and access to resources that smaller practices may struggle to maintain. But it also raises hard questions about autonomy, trust, patient relationships and the purpose of medicine itself.\u00a0This month\u2019s survey asks for your perspective on what impacts the clinicians\u2019 sense of mission today, and the biggest risks physicians face when they trade independence for greater financial stability or organizational support.<\/p>\n<p><em>This survey contains\u00a0two multiple-choice questions\u00a0and takes approximately one\u00a0minute\u00a0to complete. All responses are confidential.
