A new family has just moved into the community. Their move-in formalities are complete. Their vehicle has been registered in the ERP. Everything looks ready.<\/p>\n

But when they drive up to the gate, the boom barrier doesn\u2019t open.<\/p>\n

The security team has to verify their details manually, make a phone call to the community office, and finally let them in. It isn\u2019t the welcome anyone expects on their first day.<\/p>\n

This is a common challenge in many apartment complexes and gated communities, where resident records and gate access are managed through separate systems.
