more brisket.\u00a0 The best of the batch were very good, as seen above.\u00a0 I also experimented a bit adding sauce and a small pat of butter to a few.\u00a0 Those were pretty good, too, but the extra moisture inside kept the innermost part of the biscuit a bit doughy.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a there and we&#8217;ll see in the next batch if we can get even closer to perfection.<\/p>\n<p>For the last two I added smoked turkey instead of brisket.\u00a0 That works, too!<\/p>\n<div
