In this list, we reveal our 3 favourites.<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\">Can Sol\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">This restaurant in Barceloneta is an example of the perfect executed Paella. It has been open since 1903 and uses local ingredients and the freshest, highest quality seafood. You can&#8217;t miss its lobster rice. Although it was recently opened in 2013 it has already won locals and tourists hearts. Their secret lies in the ritual of cooking the rice. With direct views of the sea, this restaurant offers the best rice dishes in the area. The rice they cook comes directly from the Ebro Delta which guarantees a perfect texture and bite.
