But in India, the LLB Full Form is Bachelor of Legislative Law. Legum Baccalaureus or LLB is a Bachelor of Law degree that is offered to aspirants by many renowned colleges in India.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nEducation Act of 1901:-<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

\n\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0A highly centralized public school system was installed in\u00a0<\/span>1901<\/b>\u00a0by the Philippine Commission by virtue of\u00a0<\/span>Act<\/b>\u00a0No. 74. The implementation of this\u00a0<\/span>Act<\/b>\u00a0created a heavy shortage of teachers so the Philippine Commission authorized the Secretary of Public Instruction to bring to the Philippines 600 teachers from the U.S.A.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

State and federal\u00a0law<\/b>\u00a0cases can come from a trial court or an appellate court.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Historically, attorneys practicing\u00a0<\/span>education law<\/b>\u00a0have worked toward expanding access to high-quality\u00a0<\/span>education<\/b>\u00a0for all children, as well as providing for greater access to higher\u00a0<\/span>education<\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
