{"id":34138,"date":"2025-01-18T04:33:34","date_gmt":"2025-01-18T04:33:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peraltafinancing.com\/animal\/big-camera-time-my-shetland\/"},"modified":"2025-01-18T04:33:34","modified_gmt":"2025-01-18T04:33:34","slug":"big-camera-time-my-shetland","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fivemor.com\/?p=34138","title":{"rendered":"Big Camera Time | My Shetland"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div id=\"post-76357\">\n\t\t\t\t<!-- .entry-header --><\/p>\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<p>It was quiet and still so I took my Big Camera for a walk to see if I want to keep it.\u00a0 I have been thinking a lot about selling it as I don\u2019t use it very much.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-76370\" src=\"https:\/\/myshetland.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/BN2A9514.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\"\/><\/p>\n<p>I decided on photographing the Ancients as they live in slightly less mud than the Shetland ponies.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-76369\" src=\"https:\/\/myshetland.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/BN2A9519.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\"\/><\/p>\n<p>I haven\u2019t taken this camera out to play for a while as it weighs a lot around my neck and is not very portable.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-76368\" src=\"https:\/\/myshetland.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/BN2A9520.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\"\/><\/p>\n<p>But I will admit I do like the photos it takes and had rather forgotten this fact.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-76367\" src=\"https:\/\/myshetland.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/BN2A9527.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"600\"\/><\/p>\n<p>I am now beginning to think that it would be a mistake to sell this camera and all the lenses (although I only really use one of the three).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-76366\" src=\"https:\/\/myshetland.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/BN2A9529.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"600\"\/><\/p>\n<p>I had begun to take my iPhone camera for granted and that is a mistake.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-76365\" src=\"https:\/\/myshetland.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/BN2A9548.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"600\"\/><\/p>\n<p>I used to really enjoy photography until I found it difficult to walk and carry the camera at the same time.\u00a0 I need to re-think my ideas about what I actually want.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-76364\" src=\"https:\/\/myshetland.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/BN2A9552.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"600\"\/><\/p>\n<p>So, a rather late New Year\u2019s Resolution \u2013 I am going to use this camera more.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-76363\" src=\"https:\/\/myshetland.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/BN2A9557.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"600\"\/><\/p>\n<p>And this photo is when I thought I had finished with the photography \u201csession\u201d and was walking away from the horses.\u00a0 I turned around to say just touch Haakon\u2019s nose with your\u2019s, Iacs.
