Tomorrow the<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Co-Investing Club<\/span><\/a>\u00a0is meeting to vet this month\u2019s investment: a land fund that pays 16% in quarterly distributions.<\/span><\/p>\n

The fund has paid on time every quarter since inception. The operator consistently earns 30-35% net profits in the business\u2019 land investments.<\/span><\/p>\n

We know firsthand, because we invested with them last year too.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cYeah, but past performance doesn\u2019t guarantee future results, right?\u201d<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Of course. Every investment comes with risk. But this operator is a veteran land investor with plenty of experience who has consistently performed.<\/span><\/p>\n

      You also benefit from the fact that most people don\u2019t know anything about land investing, and this operator doesn\u2019t have a slick marketing department. There isn\u2019t a herd of investors all tripping over each other to throw money at them (unlike, say, AI companies).<\/span><\/p>\n
