Issue #142"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div xmlns:default=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg\" dir=\"auto\">\n<p><span>We are still in the middle of sweltering heat, yet would you believe there have already been sightings of <\/span><em>hiyaoroshi<\/em><span> sake around town? It seems the seasonal lines are continually blurring. But let\u2019s be honest, does it really matter?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>For sure, light and floral releases in spring are great, and the low-alcohol summer spritzy styles are a welcome relief from the heat. However, a number of events around town promoting the enjoyment of <\/span><em>kanzake<\/em><span> (warm sake) in these stifling summer months suggest there are a few trend contrarians out there.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>And to be fair, it\u2019s a good idea to mix things up.
