I just about managed to get this post together before the end of the month &#8211; as I must post once month, minimum &#8211; it&#8217;s the rules. It&#8217;s November 2025, and this first impressions post is about a watch that I bought in 2024 and opened in May 2025. And that was after randomly finding the box post a house-move &#8211; or it might have been lost in a time warp. Can you believe this guy!? Sure it&#8217;s not an expensive watch, but that is a bit of overconsumption oversight. As time ticks by, I&#8217;m ebbing, edging away from this horror, not-logical pastime &#8211; all the puns are intended. I&#8217;m not sure why &#8211;  actually &#8211; I am sure why in terms of time spent. I say &#8216;proper&#8217; because I bought those 6 seconde Seconde x Timex collaboration pieces but I never wore them and sold them on. By rights, as a watch bro, I should own a Timex Ironman, by bad. Seems I can only buy Timex watches when they are part of a collaboration &#8211; this one is a 2024 collab with End Clothing, a well established and decent designer\/streetwear clothing store. I have bought a few things from there in the past though I&#8217;m a bit less fashionable these days. It&#8217;s cool they didn&#8217;t just do a colour variation and went for a design flourish. It&#8217;s a great package. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\">\n<div class=\"uxV7T\" id=\"viewer-iu9bi3015\">\n<div class=\"LDt2e\">\n<div class=\"-LfFe TZhI2 CzzQd\" data-hook=\"gallery-viewer\" role=\"none\">\n<div id=\"pro-gallery-iu9bi3015-not-scoped\" class=\"pro-gallery\">\n<div data-key=\"pro-gallery-inner-container\" class=\"pro-gallery-prerender\" tabindex=\"-1\">\n<p><style><![CDATA[#pro-gallery-iu9bi3015-not-scoped .gallery-item-container { opacity: 0 }\n      #pro-gallery-iu9bi3015-not-scoped .gallery-item-hover::before { background: transparent !important}]]><\/style>\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\">\n<p class=\"Hasdr P8FAI _18oPJ DWkY9\" dir=\"auto\" id=\"viewer-mjsro658\"><span class=\"I47Iv\"><span>Let&#8217;s just get that Timex curse out of the way- the bracelet. It&#8217;s a terror-wrist, an abomination, but what&#8217;s worse is that the options for replacement are limited. I got the only one that was half-decent, a pseudo-nato weirdo kinda thing. I don&#8217;t love it, but it fits well and makes the watch wearable at least. The lugs are narrow and a narrow strap doesn&#8217;t look right so I wanted one what was a bit wider &#8211; it&#8217;ll do the job for now.     <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\">\n<div class=\"uxV7T\" id=\"viewer-kvsy93862\">\n<div class=\"LDt2e\">\n<div class=\"-LfFe TZhI2 CzzQd\" data-hook=\"gallery-viewer\" role=\"none\">\n<div id=\"pro-gallery-kvsy93862-not-scoped\" class=\"pro-gallery\">\n<div data-key=\"pro-gallery-inner-container\" class=\"pro-gallery-prerender\" tabindex=\"-1\">\n<p><style><![CDATA[#pro-gallery-kvsy93862-not-scoped .gallery-item-container { opacity: 0 }\n      #pro-gallery-kvsy93862-not-scoped .gallery-item-hover::before { background: transparent !important}]]><\/style>\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\">\n<p class=\"Hasdr P8FAI _18oPJ DWkY9\" dir=\"auto\" id=\"viewer-g6d3v3317\"><span class=\"I47Iv\"><span>As for size, at 38mm, it fits well on the skinny wrist, at 38mm. The dial is star of the show, it&#8217;s definitely a 3 shades of grey situation. The matte but deep grey dial is very nice, and the bezel sheen adds some variation. As for the warp factor (that&#8217;s Star Trek not Star Wars) &#8211; it&#8217;s well done and adds a lovely bit of character and whimsy to a classic piece. The domed acrylic crystal adds some time warping. The neutral colour keeps it low key. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\">\n<p class=\"Hasdr P8FAI _18oPJ DWkY9\" dir=\"auto\" id=\"viewer-r9iia13782\"><span class=\"I47Iv\"><span>That&#8217;s a quick intro to a very random, but fun to wear watch. Variety is important when you have dozens of timepieces &#8211; it needs a few more straps though. Maybe wearing this will get back into the watch zone. It&#8217;s been a weird watch year for me, I&#8217;ve been selling and not buying. I think it&#8217;s called the 7 year itch isn&#8217;t it.
