Barring any surprises, Gianluigi Donnarumma (26) should start the match against the Cottagers. But the Italian international will have to tread carefully as he is just one yellow card away from becoming the first goalkeeper in Premier League history to be suspended for accumulating five yellow cards, recalls <em>The Sun<\/em>. The former Paris Saint-Germain player was booked three times for protest and once for wasting time. All in just 10 league appearances (8 goals conceded, 4 clean sheets). <\/p>\n<p>Asked yesterday about his goalkeeper, Pep Guardiola simply replied: <em>\u201che has a lot, that\u2019s how it is. \u00bb<\/em> But we imagine that the Spanish technician would like to be able to count on his 1.96m player while several important matches are looming. In the event that Gigio is suspended, the Skyblues coach has already made it known that James Trafford would take over. Like Donnarumma, the English goalkeeper was recruited during the last transfer window. In fact, the Mancunians paid \u20ac30 million to snatch him from Burnley and bring him back. <\/p>\n<h3>Two goalkeepers want to leave this winter<\/h3>\n<p>A step forward in Trafford\u2019s career, determined to take a step forward with the residents of the Etihad Stadium. Like him, Stefan Ortega (33), who went from Ederson\u2019s understudy to No. 4 in the hierarchy behind Marcus Bettinelli (No. 3), wants to leave. He participates in training, but is no longer called up on match days.
