He earned a brewing school scholarship in 2007, going on to serve as Brewmaster at Laurelwood Brewing in Portland before helping launch and lead Worthy Brewing in Bend. Over the years, he has held director-level roles across the craft beer and hemp\/CBD industries, honing his experience in operations, compliance, and team leadership.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Originally from Pittsburgh, Kennedy holds a Master of Science in journalism from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Arts in advertising from Penn State University. He has also completed World Brewing Academy coursework at the Siebel Institute of Technology.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Known for his people-first approach and collaborative leadership style, Kennedy is passionate about fostering high-performing teams and delivering standout guest experiences.
