Portugal was 25 years ahead of France's 1855 Appellation d'Origine Contr&quot;l\u00e9e (AOC) in classifying &quot;quality wine.&quot; There are currently nine Denominacao de Origem Controlada (DOC) or Regiao Demarcada (RD) wine regions. The Crispy Branzino was probably the best branzino that I have ever eaten. We chose a nice <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wines.com\/encyclopedia\/dry\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"How dry is dry? This is the question. Literally, the term applies to the amount of sugar remaining in the wine. Bone-dry wines have had most if not all of their sugar fermented out (most wines whose residual sugar level is below 4\/10 of a percent can be called Dry). Late-harvest wines can have sugar\u2026\" class=\"encyclopedia\">dry<\/a> Piquepoul ros\u00e9, les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wines.com\/encyclopedia\/vignoble\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"French for \" vineyard.\"=\"\" the=\"\" term=\"\" also=\"\" implies=\"\" not=\"\" only=\"\" grapes=\"\" but=\"\" entire=\"\" microclimate=\"\" found=\"\" in=\"\" a=\"\" specific=\"\" vineyard.=\"\" \"climat\"=\"\" (used=\"\" burgundy)=\"\" is=\"\" similar.\"=\"\" class=\"encyclopedia\">vignoble<\/a>s foncalieu.
