The apex of Quartzite Mountain<\/a> stands politely 3,700 feet above the 2,500 residents of Chewelah, Washington. The town, about an hour north of Spokane, is home to Quartzite Brewing<\/a>. Jake Wilson and Patrick Sawyer opened the brewery in February 2016. We just learned via social media that the brewery has new owners.<\/p>\n

\u201cAfter nearly a decade of brewing beer, building community, and creating a space we\u2019re incredibly proud of, we\u2019re excited to share that Quartzite Brewing is in the process of transitioning to new ownership,\u201d said the post on Facebook.<\/p>\n

From day one, you\u2019ve shown up with enthusiasm, kindness, and support, and together we\u2019ve built something truly special in this little corner of Washington.
