Eileen is a holistic marketer at heart, which makes her an intentional and passionate writer. She has a deep appreciation for cultural trends, the restaurant and art scenes, and the power of creative expression. While devoting her time to beverage and lifestyle subjects has become more of a side hustle over the years, this actually makes her very purposeful with how she invests her time and energy in the space so that she immerses herself in what energizes and fulfills her the most.

Her career began from the ground up, moving from street teams to ambassador roles to leading marketing initiatives. An SEO fanatic and relentless data-digger, Eileen has marketed everything from consumer packaged goods to lawn services. She has found her footing being mostly on the analytics side of the game now, but she has worked across multiple industries, from fine wine + spirits distribution to home décor, restaurants, and PR. With 15+ years in the beverage and hospitality space specifically, she has honed her expertise in helping to craft thoughtful narratives. Not to mention her experience has also spanned assisting teams who were early adopters of the SevenFifty platform, and supported On/Off Premise spaces including beverage programs and private label launches for national retailers.

Beyond marketing, writing is her inspirational core. Music was her first love, and much like how Regine uses poetry or art to explore wine, she has used music for years to understand its nuances. With an analytical mind and a storyteller’s soul, she brings her deep love for writing into every piece, blending insight with passion.
