The beginning of <em>Mind Refreshed<\/em> is a succinct version revealing the Godly origin of these two spiritual entities,<a title=\"neshama and ruach\" href=\"https:\/\/theexplanation.com\/2-spirits-neshama-ruach-reveal-human-essence\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> neshama and ruach<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In the <a href=\"http:\/\/why am i writing this book\">Preface<\/a>, I asked 20 questions about Genesis 2:7: God formed man from the dust of the earth and breathed the breath of life into his nostrils, and man became a living soul. <em>The Explanation<\/em> said you can only know the fullness of consciousness and mind when you answer those questions. Through the first chapters of <em>Mind Refreshed<\/em>, we answered all those questions using Biblical Hebrew to reach the God-intended meaning of consciousness and the mind\u2019s why, how, and what.<\/p>\n<p>God gave neshama and ruach to each human who will ever walk the face of Earth. We are all in the <a title=\"God's Plan for Humankind\" href=\"https:\/\/theexplanation.com\/gods-plan-story-of-humankind-unbelievable-saga\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">image of God<\/a> thanks to Him implanting a human portion of His Neshama and Ruach in each of us. Coupled with that infrastructure and energy, He gave us the sacred formula of how to make them function so each human, believer or not, can benefit from a sound mind and possess mental health. That\u2019s the second part of the workbook <em>Mind Refreshed<\/em> with <em>Bible Proverbs Nurturing and Healing Method<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Please understand: You now have the entire program God set in motion for humankind on Earth. Science and Philosophy are still searching for the <strong>what<\/strong> of consciousness and mind. Psychology and alternative therapies are tinkering with the <strong>how<\/strong> of consciousness and mind. Read and meditate on all ten verses and ask yourself,\u00a0<em>\u201cWould I like to possess this rest?<\/em>\u201c<\/span>\u00a0I daresay YES.<\/p>\n<p>Now, switch to Strong\u2019s (box on the right), and let\u2019s study the God-intended meaning of <em>refreshed<\/em>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"et-box et-info\" wp_automatic_readability=\"6.5\">\n<div class=\"et-box-content\" wp_automatic_readability=\"33\"><strong>Job 32:20<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I [Elihu] will speak, that I may be <em>refreshed<\/em> (H7304): I will open my lips and answer<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Elihu, the youngest of Job\u2019s four friends, was frustrated by the three others\u2019 replies to Job. He\u2019d bottled up his speech because of his age. Now, he burst forth with the correct answer to Job\u2019s woes and was refreshed. Look at the Biblical Hebrew meaning, especially its origin.<\/p>\n<div class=\"et-box et-download\" wp_automatic_readability=\"29\">\n<div class=\"et-box-content\" wp_automatic_readability=\"78\"><strong>H7304 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u05e8\u05b8\u05d5\u05b7\u05d7 r\u00e2vach raw-vakh\u2019; a primitive root (identical with H7306 (\u05e8\u05d5\u05bc\u05d7\u05b7)); properly, to breathe freely, i.e. revive; by implication, to have ample room: <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">KJV \u2013 be refreshed, large.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">H7306 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u05e8\u05d5\u05bc\u05d7\u05b7 r\u00fbwach roo\u2019-akh; a primitive root; properly, to blow, i.e. breathe; only (literally) to smell or (by implication, perceive (figuratively, to anticipate, enjoy): <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">KJV \u2013 accept, smell, \u2a2f touch, <strong>make of quick understanding<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">H7307 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u05e8\u05d5\u05bc\u05d7\u05b7 r\u00fbwach roo\u2019-akh; from H7306 (\u05e8\u05d5\u05bc\u05d7\u05b7); wind; by resemblance breath, i.e. a sensible (or even violent) exhalation; figuratively, life, anger, unsubstantiality; by extension, a region of the sky; by resemblance spirit, but only of a rational being (including its expression and functions): <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">KJV \u2013 air, anger, blast, breath, \u2a2f cool, courage, <strong>mind<\/strong>, \u2a2f quarter, \u2a2f side, spirit(-ual), tempest, \u2a2f vain, (whirl-) wind(-y)<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The origin of <em>refreshed<\/em> is <em>make of quick understanding<\/em> (H7306) and it\u2019s exactly the same word in Hebrew as <em>mind<\/em> (H7307). We can say <em>Mind Refreshed<\/em> is: <span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u05e8\u05d5\u05bc\u05d7\u05b7 \u05e8\u05b8\u05d5\u05b7\u05d7 (H7307 H7304, Hebrew reads from right to left). Do you see the relationship?<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"et-box et-info\" wp_automatic_readability=\"8.5\">\n<div class=\"et-box-content\" wp_automatic_readability=\"37\"><strong>Exodus 23:12<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Six days you shall do your work, and on the seventh day you shall rest: that your ox and your ass may rest, and the son\u00a0 of your handmaid, and the stranger, may be <em>refreshed<\/em> (H5314)<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The seventh day Sabbath is a <em>day of refreshing<\/em>. People tend to emphasize PHYSICAL rest, which is necessary but the essential is refreshing the whole person, especially their mind. Look at this second Hebrew word translated <em>refreshed<\/em>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"et-box et-download\" wp_automatic_readability=\"8.5\">\n<div class=\"et-box-content\" wp_automatic_readability=\"37\"><strong>H5314<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u05e0\u05b8\u05e4\u05b7\u05e9\u05c1 n\u00e2phash naw-fash\u2019; a primitive root; to breathe; passively, to be breathed upon , i.e. (figuratively) refreshed (as if by a current of air):<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">KJV \u2013 (be) refresh selves (-ed)<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Naphash is the same word as <em>nephesh<\/em> (H5315), <em>soul<\/em><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\"><em>,<\/em> in Genesis 2:7. The Sabbath is the day for refreshing the soul, which<\/span><a title=\"soul = body, consciousness, and mind\" href=\"https:\/\/theexplanation.com\/bible-ruach-decoded-psychology-mental-activity\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0includes the body, consciousness, and mind<\/a>. We can say <em>Soul Refreshed <\/em>is: \u05e0\u05b6\u05e4\u05b6\u05e9\u05c1 \u05e0\u05b8\u05e4\u05b7\u05e9\u05c1 (H3515 H3514)<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"Mind_Refreshed_Summary_of_God8217s_Plan_for_Humanity\">Mind Refreshed; Summary of God\u2019s Plan for Humanity<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>When we come to the Greek New Testament, we also find <em>Mind Refreshed<\/em>. In fact, God\u2019s Plan for humankind can be summed up as, \u201cLet this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus\u201d (Philippians 2:5). Paul refers to a refreshed, or rested mind.<\/p>\n<div class=\"et-box et-info\" wp_automatic_readability=\"6.5\">\n<div class=\"et-box-content\" wp_automatic_readability=\"33\"><strong>1 Corinthians 16:18 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">For they [messengers from Corinth] have <em>refreshed<\/em> (G373) my spirit and yours: therefore acknowledge you that are such<\/span>:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"et-box et-download\" wp_automatic_readability=\"7.5\">\n<div class=\"et-box-content\" wp_automatic_readability=\"35\"><strong>G373<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u03b1\u0313\u03bd\u03b1\u03c0\u03b1\u03c5\u0301\u03c9 anapau\u014d an-ap-ow\u2019-o; From G303 and G3973; (reflexively) to repose (literally or figuratively (be exempt) remain); by implication to refresh:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">KJV \u2013 take ease refresh (give take) rest<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><em>Rest<\/em> ties into the Sabbath day of rest, the day for physical rest to refresh the mind and focus it on the mind of Christ.<\/p>\n<div class=\"et-box et-info\" wp_automatic_readability=\"7\">\n<div class=\"et-box-content\" wp_automatic_readability=\"34\"><strong>Matthew 11:28<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Come to me, all you that labour and are heavy <em>laden<\/em> (G5412), and I will give you <em>rest<\/em> (G373)<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Check\u00a0<em><strong>G5412;<\/strong><\/em><strong> Strong refers to it as spiritual anxiety.<\/strong><strong>\u00a0It includes <em>mental anxiety<\/em> that we all suffer from to a more or lesser degree, whether we are believers or non-believers. The remedy is Christ\u2019s <em>rest<\/em>, refreshing ourselves with Christ\u2019s way, whether spiritual or secular.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\"><em>The way to have your Mind Refreshed is through the\u00a0Bible Proverbs Method,<\/em>\u00a0which heals mental anxiety and nurtures mental health in our younger generation.
