Neil Cole

FondJoy has released an early preview of its upcoming 1/9-scale Black Suit Superman figure, offering collectors a first look at a meticulously crafted prototype modeled after Henry Cavill’s appearance in the 2021 film, “Zack Snyder’s Justice League”. The reveal underscores the company’s growing focus on elevated sculpting, refined likenesses, and screen-accurate detailing across its premium collectible lines.

The prototype highlights the iconic black regeneration suit, rendered with a sleek metallic finish and a sharply defined silver emblem. A newly developed portrait brings added nuance to Cavill’s likeness, reflecting clear advancements in facial modeling and production quality. Together, these elements present a more mature, cinematic interpretation of the character.

At seven inches tall, the figure is engineered for dynamic posing and will be accompanied by interchangeable hands, an alternate portrait, and a flight stand. The accessory suite is designed to offer collectors flexibility in display while complementing the sculpt and overall presentation of the piece.

The Black Suit design remains one of the most enduring visuals of the character’s modern era, symbolizing a pivotal moment in Superman’s on-screen mythology. With this prototype now unveiled, FondJoy is expected to announce preorder details in the near future as the figure moves closer to final production.

We will continue to provide updates on the FondJoy 1/9-scale Black Suit Superman (Henry Cavill) Collectible Figure as they are made available.
