Vladimir is the head brewer of the Dacha restaurants in Malakhovka and Novy Arbat. I\u2019ve already made videos about both restaurants and, of course, about breweries. The beer in both places was great, but I didn\u2019t blog about it. Correcting myself!<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, beer bottling in restaurants is manual, so it is slightly different from what is sold in bottles. A separate brewery with a bottling line is currently under construction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dacha Lager #5<\/strong> is a bright and well-hopped lager similar to IPL. The aroma has light tropical notes, and the taste has a caramel body and a pleasant earthy aftertaste. The rating is \u201cB+\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dacha Red Ale<\/strong> is an excellent and balanced red ale that I enjoyed drinking at the Craft Depot Festival 2023 and now. In the aroma \u2013 red berries and caramel, and the taste-dryness and volume. The rating is \u201cB+\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dacha weiss<\/strong>-the right weissbier with a strong phenolic aroma when poured from the bottle, which goes away in a couple of minutes. The taste didn\u2019t seem watery to me, but the balance was achieved. Rating \u201cB\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dacha stout<\/strong>-dense and dry, with a slight burnt taste. The beer is designed to be served with nitrogen, so it was degassed, but there is still some foam. The rating is \u201cB-\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>If you are on Novy Arbat, then I recommend looking into the \u201cDacha\u201d.
