Es ist nicht jedermanns Geschmack, aber mit Butter und kr\u00e4ftigem Belag sehr lecker.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Nach Herstellerangaben soll das Malz mit 10\u202f% aufs Mehl dosiert werden (in diesem Fall wird das Malzmehl bei mir ausnahmsweise mit als \u201eMehl\u201c gez\u00e4hlt). In einer helleren Variante habe ich nur 5\u202f% verwendet. Dieses Brot ist etwas gef\u00e4lliger und f\u00fcr ein breiteres Publikum geeignet.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Neben dem Malzmehl besteht das Brot aus 75\u202f% Roggenmehl und 15\u202f% Weizenmehl.
