But when we learn to shift that dialogue, to speak to ourselves with kindness, courage, and truth everything changes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\">\n<p class=\"IFLJx f1-1G KVAVd sDlj2\" dir=\"auto\" id=\"viewer-kc4hy4225\"><span class=\"GnvzP\"><span>The flame inside starts to burn brighter.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\">\n<p class=\"IFLJx f1-1G KVAVd sDlj2\" dir=\"auto\" id=\"viewer-l3cew2241\"><span class=\"GnvzP\"><span>I\u2019ve lived both sides of this. I\u2019ve been the woman who tears herself apart before anyone else can. The one who apologizes for taking up space, second-guesses her worth, and hides behind a smile that says \u201cI\u2019m fine.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\">\n<p class=\"IFLJx f1-1G KVAVd sDlj2\" dir=\"auto\" id=\"viewer-ybn3d2243\"><span class=\"GnvzP\"><span>But I\u2019ve also been the woman who decided to start speaking differently to herself. To say things like:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\">\n<p class=\"IFLJx f1-1G KVAVd sDlj2\" dir=\"auto\" id=\"viewer-kadfj4324\"><span class=\"GnvzP\"><em style=\"font-style:italic\"><span>You\u2019re allowed to be proud.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\">\n<p class=\"IFLJx f1-1G KVAVd sDlj2\" dir=\"auto\" id=\"viewer-k4eg24363\"><span class=\"GnvzP\"><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/proud.You\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"Y2xcL uFqDN\" data-hook=\"web-link\"><em style=\"font-style:italic\"><span>You<\/span><\/em><\/a><em style=\"font-style:italic\"><span>\u2019re doing your best.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\">\n<p class=\"IFLJx f1-1G KVAVd sDlj2\" dir=\"auto\" id=\"viewer-kktw62252\"><span class=\"GnvzP\"><span>And that shift, that internal rewiring, changed everything.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\">\n<p class=\"IFLJx f1-1G KVAVd sDlj2\" dir=\"auto\" id=\"viewer-2jut12254\"><span class=\"GnvzP\"><span>At the annual GLOW Women&#8217;s Event, I don\u2019t want women to just feel inspired for a day.
