    Step One: Discover the Leader Within You<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    Before you can lead others, you must learn to lead yourself. Self-discovery<\/a> is the foundation of authentic leadership. It\u2019s about understanding your strengths, recognizing your weaknesses, and developing the courage to grow.<\/p>\n
