Participants had the choice of two formidable routes:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>175-mile cycle<\/strong> route with over <strong>10,000 feet of ascent<\/strong>, testing the stamina and spirit of even the most seasoned riders.<\/li>\n<li>A <strong>42-kilometre hike<\/strong> with <strong>1,750 metres of ascent<\/strong>, climbing all the way from sea level to the summit of Yr Wyddfa \u2013 the highest peak in Wales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Whether pedaling through mountain passes or trekking across rugged terrain, every step and pedal stroke <a href=\"https:\/\/www.moreadventure.co.uk\/can-corporate-cycle-events-have-an-impact-on-employee-morale\/\">brought the team closer<\/a> to their goal: raising funds to help children living with <strong>Rett Syndrome<\/strong>, a rare neurological disorder that affects brain development.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Powered by Purpose \u2013 and Lily<\/h3>\n<p>At the heart of the challenge was a little girl named <strong>Lily<\/strong>, who lives with Rett Syndrome and whose courage inspired the entire team. Lily and her family are passionate supporters of Reverse Rett, and their presence during the event added deep personal meaning to the challenge.<\/p>\n<p>In a particularly moving moment, <strong>Lily joined the team on the second day for their final summit of Yr Wyddfa<\/strong>, sharing in their triumph at the peak after a grueling ascent.
