How do you create a sense of home<\/em> in the place where you spend the second most amount of time in your life\u2014work? That\u2019s the central question explored in this episode of The Leadership Vision Podcast<\/em>, as we unpack Chapter 5 (\u201cHome\u201d) from Dr. Linda and Brian Schubring\u2019s book Unfolded: Lessons in Transformation from an Origami Crane.<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some workplaces don\u2019t have the \u201cresources\u201d to sustain the kind of growth a person needs.
