From the moment I joined ELGi, I sensed something different—something powerful. The warmth, the genuine welcome, and the mutual respect I experienced were unlike anything in my career so far. ELGi didn’t just onboard me; it embraced me.

That early connection made one thing very clear: this was a place where collaboration wasn’t just a value—it was a way of life. ELGians lift each other, and we all move forward together like a truly global family.

ELGi gave me something invaluable: trust. That trust empowered me to take ownership of my work, make quick decisions, and evolve into a better negotiator and leader. With supportive colleagues behind me, I became more open, empathetic, and attuned to the value of listening—especially during challenging times.

Here, professional growth goes together with personal development.

A few key experiences stand out in my journey so far.

My first visit to Rotair was unforgettable. Everyone was proud to showcase their work, and when some colleagues told me they already knew of me, I felt truly valued. It reminded me that our industry may be vast, but our ELGi community makes it feel like a closely connected community.

And then there was Coimbatore—a place that completely moved me. The kindness and pride of the people there left a deep impression on me. One colleague approached and said, “Are you the Legoman? People talk about you during lunch!” I was so touched I had to step aside to keep my emotions in check.

The thoughtfulness continued every day—small, beautifully wrapped gifts, warm smiles, meaningful conversations. It inspired a new tradition with my daughters: we now say “I love you” every night before bed. That’s the ELGi influence—it stays with you.

Our Nordic team may be small in number, but it’s strong in collaboration. Each of us brings something unique, and we learn from one another every time we connect. Whether in the field or over coffee, we share respect, laughter, and knowledge.

At ELGi, ideas are not only welcomed—they’re encouraged. I once shared a concept during a visit to India about creating LEGO® models of ELGi compressors as a fun way to build brand awareness. The openness and genuine interest shown proved what I already knew: this is a company where every voice matters, and creativity is always embraced.

ELGi is not just a place to work—it’s a place to belong. Across functions, locations, and hierarchies, there’s a consistent thread of kindness, openness, and trust. It’s a culture that encourages innovation, values people, and builds lasting connections.

I’m proud to be part of this community, and I look forward to everything we’ll build together—from world-class compressors to lifelong friendships.

If you’re looking for a workplace that empowers you, supports your growth, and feels like family—ELGi is the place.

Milestones That Touched My Heart
