When it comes to creating incredible guest experiences, it’s important to work with an experienced Sonoma winery event planner who can showcase your brand in the perfect light. We have done all types of winery events including wine club membership appreciation events, sales luncheons, fundraising events, release parties, holiday parties, art installation grand reveals, and auction events. What we love about working at wineries in Sonoma is that we are able to carve out very specific looks depending on the brand.

Recently we were commissioned to create an incredible event for The Donum Estate in the Carneros AVA – this was a once-in-a-lifetime event and a grand reveal of new site-specific artwork by world-famous artist Doug Aitken. He had designed and built an incredible windchime in a grove of eucalyptus trees located in a small valley on the winery grounds. The work was top-secret and the reveal was being covered by many news outlets, over 100 art world aficionados, and collectors and it was going to be “activated” by 20 percussionists lead by Hisham Bharoocha.

This is most likely the most unique event we have ever been able to produce and at one of the most incredible properties in Northern California. If your winery is in need of additional assistance to make your guest experiences better, we would love to talk to you and find out how we can work together to grow your brand through experiential event design.
