{"id":31112,"date":"2025-01-16T13:37:01","date_gmt":"2025-01-16T13:37:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peraltafinancing.com\/apprentice\/employer-of-the-year-nomination-form-2024\/"},"modified":"2025-01-16T13:37:01","modified_gmt":"2025-01-16T13:37:01","slug":"employer-of-the-year-nomination-form-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fivemor.com\/?p=31112","title":{"rendered":"Employer of the Year Nomination Form &#8211; 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\">Employer of the Year <strong>recognises employers who can demonstrate their commitment and contribution to apprenticeships, and the success that apprenticeships have brought to their organisation.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Employers can nominate themselves for the Worcestershire Apprenticeship Employer of the Year award or be nominated from somebody external (e.g. training provider, partner organisation) <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATIONS IS 19th JULY 2024<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5\/>\n<h5><strong>ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong>To apply for the Employer of the Year Award the employer must be based in, or have a substantial presence in Worcestershire delivering apprenticeships.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5\/>\n<h5><strong>What are judges looking for?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Judges are looking for exemplar employers who can demonstrate their ongoing commitment, contribution and the success that apprenticeships have brought to their organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Make sure you give the judges hard evidence to base their decisions on. Include examples of best practice which makes your organisation\u2019s apprenticeship programme better than the next.<\/p>\n<p>The judges recognise that apprenticeship programmes will be able to develop more tangible and measurable success indicators as they progress and mature.
