That\u2019s when a good bread mix comes in handy.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;\">I tried a package of <\/span><a title=\"Buttermilk White Bread Mix\" href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4hW9Yiw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener sponsored\">Prepared Pantry\u2019s Buttermilk White bread<\/a><span style=\"color: black;\"> mix. \u00a0It turned out beautifully!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Before we get into the review, here\u2019s a quick reminder \u2014 even if you\u2019re using a mix, be sure to look at the bread dough a few minutes after it starts kneading.\u00a0 It should be a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breadmachinediva.com\/2014\/10\/smooth-round-ball-of-dough\/\">smooth, round ball of dough<\/a>.\u00a0 If it looks too dry, add water a teaspoon at a time until it comes together. If it looks too wet, sprinkle in flour a tablespoon at a time until the dough reaches that nice, balanced texture.<\/p>\n<p>Now, on to the finished loaf! It had a lovely, flaky crust. \u00a0It was soft but held together nicely for sandwiches. The texture had just a touch of chew \u2014 the good kind that makes every bite satisfying.<\/p>\n<p>I call this a great <em data-start=\"946\" data-end=\"955\">co-star<\/em> bread.
