The retrieved land, measuring around 130 kanals, had been encroached upon through unauthorized constructions, including by individuals booked under the NDPS Act.<\/p>\n<p>The administration has warned that strict action will follow against any illegal occupation of state land. Authorities added that the reclaimed land will be transferred to the concerned departments, with a portion proposed for developing facilities for Niabat, Patwar Halqa and a Police Post.<\/p>\n<p>The operation was supervised by SDM Jammu South, Manu Hansa, and SP Headquarters Jammu, Irshad Rather, in the presence of Tehsildar Bishnah, Ankush Tripathi; SDPO R S Pura, Gurmeet Singh; SHO Bishnah, Rakesh Jamwal; and teams from the Revenue and Police departments.
